Southend Backside to Trackside

New programme to Southend

We are bringing our 9 week, award winning programme which is totally FREE to Southend being supported by the Essex Community Foundation and Southend-on-Sea City Council. This programme is perfect for those wanting to begin a health and fitness journey in a safe and supportive environment.

Book now for our Southend programme starting w/c 29th September at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre with sessions every:

  • Wednesday at 8pm
  • Thursday at 9:30am
  • Friday at 8pm
  • Saturday at 8am

All building up to a final 5k fun run event on Saturday 29th November at 9am.

 

All sessions will be delivered on the athletics track by our head coach Andy.

2. Select the session(s) you’d like to attend. You can/should attend one session per week. It does not have to be the same day each week.

3. You can book one session at a time week by week or all your sessions up front, it’s up to you.
