FLAIR - Talent Assistance Scheme

The FLAIR scheme is available at the leisure centres in Southend and provided by Freedom Leisure.

The scheme is for:

1. sports people aged 11 years old and above, and
2. are currently performing, training or competing at an elite level, and
3. who live for the majority of the year in Southend.

The scheme is open to sports people who:

• compete in a sport recognised by Sport England
• have a national ranking in the top 20 for their age group
