NHS 111 'Help us, Help you'

People can use NHS 111 to find out what to do and where to go when they have an urgent but non-life-threatening medical concern. The campaign encourages people to call 111 or visit online, instead of worrying, self-diagnosing, or second-guessing what they should do when they have an urgent health problem.
The primary audience is all members of the public over the age of 16, with a focus on groups that NHS data show to be more frequent users of A&E departments, such as young adults aged 20-29 years.
